Take a side and get in their tidy little box. What’s that? You don’t fit? The combination of an election year plus the on-going culture wars seem perfectly designed to polarize the country even more. How does a Christian look to Scripture and the example of Jesus to navigate, respond Christianly, and make important decisions in a complex world?

How Do I Explain the “Holy War” Incidents in the Old Testament?

Christians struggle with Old Testament passages where God commands complete destruction of cities, towns, villages, especially when used by skeptics or enemies of the faith as reasons why religion, in general, and Christianity, in particular, is not good for society. Is there any apologetic or explanation for a Christian to share in such discussions?

“Come Enjoy the Meal, Stay for Bible Study/Choir”
Opportunities abound for fellowship, and delicious food! This is a great chance to meet new friends at CTS, catch up with one another, and be blessed through the study of God’s Word. Our adult choir also rehearses.

The meal is from 5:55 -6:40 PM in the Celebration Hall. Prepaid reservations are due by Monday noon. Meal cost  is $4 per person/$16 max per family with children 3 and under free.
