“THE BEST STORIES ARE TRUE” 

That is what a FaithStory is…a true story about some aspect of life from the spiritual autobiography of a Christ the Shepherd member, attender, or friend. FaithStories are NOT necessarily dramatic or of the “try-to-top-this” genre.  They are simply true stories of God’s grace woven into the fabric of our lives.

A FaithStory brings glory to God.  A FaithStory is about God and you.  It is a story about God at work in your life.  Because of this, a FaithStory can be a powerful witness about the reality of God for someone searching for Him.  A FaithStory can build up other believers who may be going through something you went through with God.

A FaithStory may be a personal story of coming to believe in Jesus Christ or what it has meant to follow Him.

A FaithStory may be about the way God worked comfort, direction, deliverance, or growth in your life.  It could be how He answered a prayer.  It might be how a Christian community impacted your life or how the Holy Spirit used God’s Word to challenge you or guide you.

You are invited to share your FaithStory because it brings glory to God and encouragement to others.  Most of us are shy or inexperienced in this matter.  Be assured you will receive help and encouragement in preparing and sharing your FaithStory.  Please talk to any CTS staff person or please call Pastor Kevin, (770) 475-0640.
